INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup almond milk (warm)
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ashwagandha
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- Pinch of black pepper
OR if you don’t want to get all these ingredients, this is a good product that blends all these ingredients into one jar: Gaia Golden Milk
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare warm almond milk, different methods:
- Stovetop: heat milk in small pot
- Microwave: microwave water for 30 seconds to 1 minute
2. Mix all ingredients in to milk. If you microwaved you milk, you may need another 30 seconds zap in microwave to get all the ingredients to mix together
