INGREDIENTS
15 mint leaves (fresh, peppermint or spearmint; I have a fresh herb tree by my windowsill)
1.5 – 2 cups of water
Optional:
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (juice ½ lime)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place 15 mint leaves in water
- Prepare hot water:
- Stovetop: boil in water for 10 minutes
- Water Boiler & Warmer (I make so much tea so I have this sitting on my kitchen counter)
- Microwave: Place mint into a 16oz mug and microwave for 2 minutes
